PayPal charges us a fee for all transactions. If an order is placed in error, and or is canceled before items ship the PayPal fee will be deducted from the order cancellation Refund. Please contact us if you feel an order was placed in error!

Once Items have shipped all sales are final, NO refunds or exchanges. As there is no way to ensure that a container has been used for any purpose once it has left our facility.

Volunteer Drum LLC cautions the Purchaser/End User that it is the sole responsibility of the end user to insure that the container purchased and used is the correct container for their application. New, Reconditioned, and Used drums are sold “AS IS”, with no warranty expressed nor implied as to their usability for any specific purpose. All drums must be closed according to manufacturer/re-conditioner closure instructions some of which are available here. Failure to do so will invalidate any and all UN certification markings on the container.
